For startups — Quick Design
from idea to pitch – in 2 to 4 weeks, for chf 6,000.
You have a product idea and want to show it to investors or first customers – now, not in six months. With Quick Design, we develop a feasible product design in a short concept and design phase and turn it into photorealistic visuals and/or interactive 3D. At a fixed price of CHF 6,000 – you know exactly what you get from day one.

The challenge
stuck in one of these phases?
The idea only exists in your head
Investors and customers are asked to believe in something they can’t see. A sketch on paper rarely convinces.
Full development is too early
Engineering, DfM and tooling cost time and money – before it’s clear whether the market and funding are there.
The pitch is just around the corner
Investor meeting, crowdfunding launch or trade fair – the date is fixed, but the product image is missing.
Beautiful images that never get built
Pure fantasy renderings raise expectations that later fail on manufacturability.
Fixed-price package
one price. clear scope.
Quick Design package
Included in the package
Optional extras
Product animation · Additional visuals or variants · SLA display model from the 3D printer
Not included
Detailed engineering, DfM/DfA and production-ready CAD data · Functional prototypes and testing
Services
services in detail
Week 1
Short concept phase
We sharpen your idea, clarify the target group and key functions and sketch several directions. You choose the strongest.
- Kick-off workshop on idea, benefits and target group
- Several concept sketches
- Rough feasibility and suitable manufacturing processes
Week 2
Design phase
The chosen direction becomes a coherent product design – shape, proportions, colours and materials – built as a 3D model.
- 3D design model
- Colour and material variants (CMF)
- One feedback round included
Weeks 3–4
Pitch visuals & 3D
We turn the design into photorealistic images and/or an interactive 3D model – as a cut-out, in use and in detail. Perfect for your pitch deck, website and customer meetings.
- Photorealistic renderings for pitch deck, website and crowdfunding
- Interactive 3D model to rotate, embeddable on your website and AR-ready
- Optional animation or an SLA display model from our own 3D printer
Afterwards
Seamlessly on to series production
Once funding and demand are in place, we continue on the same basis – with engineering, design for manufacturing and prototypes. Nothing has to start from scratch.
- Design and 3D data as the basis for product development
- No gap between the pitch image and the later product
Examples

Benefits
shown fast. still feasible.
Fixed price
CHF 6,000 flat. No hourly billing, no surprises – you can plan your budget with confidence.
Speed
From idea to images that convince investors and customers in 2 to 4 weeks.
Designed to be made
No fantasy renderings. We design with experience from series products so your product stays feasible later on.
Focus on what matters
No full DfM and DfA engineering at this stage – you only invest in what you need for the next step.
Pitch better
A photorealistic product makes your vision tangible and your presentation more credible.
Test the market
Use the visuals to launch landing pages, surveys and crowdfunding campaigns before a prototype exists.
Startup experience
We have founded our own products such as Anillo and RecycleWall and supported startups such as Relish Guitars, Flappie and thingdust.
Process
four steps to your pitch package
Typical duration: 2 to 4 weeks. Fixed price CHF 6,000 – the scope is clearly defined up front, no surprises.
Intro call
Free and without obligation. We listen to your idea and tell you honestly whether Quick Design is the right step.

FAQ
frequently asked questions
What is Quick Design?
Quick Design is Peppertree’s offer for startups that want to make a product idea visible quickly. In a short concept and design phase, we create a product design that is designed to be manufactured and prepare it as photorealistic visuals for investors, crowdfunding or first customers.
How much does Quick Design cost?
Quick Design costs a fixed CHF 6,000 (excl. VAT). It includes a kick-off workshop, concept sketches, a feasible product design as a 3D model with a colour and material concept, one feedback round and a pitch package with up to 5 photorealistic visuals and/or an interactive 3D model – including usage rights for pitch, website and crowdfunding.
How long does Quick Design take?
A Quick Design project usually takes 2 to 4 weeks – depending on the product’s complexity and the number of visuals.
What is the difference from product development?
Quick Design focuses on concept, design and visuals. Detailed engineering, design for manufacturing (DfM), design for assembly (DfA) and production-ready CAD data are part of full product development, which usually takes 6 to 12 months. However, the Quick Design is created so that it remains manufacturable later.
Is the design really manufacturable afterwards?
Yes, in principle. We design with realistic manufacturing processes and components in mind, roughly check feasibility and avoid shapes that cannot be produced economically. Detailed optimisation for series production follows in product development.
What do I get at the end?
A feasible product design as a 3D model with a colour and material concept, plus a pitch package of your choice: up to 5 high-resolution photorealistic visuals and/or an interactive 3D model that can be embedded on your website and viewed in AR. Available at extra cost: animation, additional visuals or an SLA display model.
Can I continue developing with Peppertree afterwards?
Yes. Quick Design is the foundation for product development – engineering, DfM, prototyping and industrialisation build directly on it.
